Oh the recruiting saga….
Anything is up for grabs till these kids sign their life over on signing day. Gamecock fans you knew something like this was coming and bound to happen. It happens every year. This time it is a four star OL shunning us for someone else.
Former USC commitment OL Eric Mack of Calhoun County decided Monday night to change course with signing day drawing near and decommit from the Gamecocks.
Word on the street is that he wants to go out of state for college now and is leaning towards Auburn or Florida. He called USC recruiter Shane Beamer Tuesday and told him of his decision.
I hate to hear and see this happen as the biggest weakness for USC for a number of years has been the offensive line. Another words, help is needed and Eric Mack could have been the guy to earn immediate PT. Scrap that idea as he does not love the gamecocks anymore and will pursue Auburn or Flordia. Auburn has been working this kid for many months and for some reason I am not surprised by this today.
This is a Tuesday to forget with this and this earlier.
