A few weeks ago we reported on Jackie Bradley, Jr’s national team tryouts. Jackie has made the team and is on the road with the National Team.
He has started all 6 games for the National Team in centerfield. He is batting .348, 4th on the team, and leads the team in at bats and hits. The team is 6-0 beating Fayetteville in a one game series and sweeping (South) Korea in a 5 game series played in North and South Carolina. The National team will now travel to Omaha to play a local team and take on Japan before heading to Taiwan ahead of the World Baseball Championships in Tokyo.
