In this week’s Gamecocks Stock Report, we give some feedback on the various sports programs at South Carolina as we hit the middle of the summer.

Rising
-Direction of the Gamecocks Sports Program – A thumbs up to Ray Tanner and the decision to name him the man-in-charge of the direction USC sports will now go.
-Pigskin Poets – Good to see the men giving back….HERE.
-Smart Gamecocks – For the fifth time in as many years, South Carolina led the way on the Southeastern Conference First-Year Academic Honor Roll….More HERE.
Falling
-Dog Days of Summer – So ready for football….47 days to go…
Flatlining
Unrelated yet disturbing and that is Penn State football. As the details emerge, it is sad all around. Don’t let any PSU fan try to tell you different as what the school did and its’ coaches is a disgrace. Good view from our pals at GABA – HERE.
