SEC 2012 Football Power Poll: Week One Ballot

Here is our first ballot for the SEC Power Poll 2012 after the first week. We are proud to be one of the SEC bloggers that vote each week and thanks to Team Speed Kills for hosting and organizing. Check out our votes and post if you disagree…

1. Alabama Crimson Tide

I would have voted for LSU in my preseason poll, but there’s not much you can say against Alabama after the show they put on Saturday night. ‘Bama’s running game is probably the best in the nation, with a stable of talented backs running behind a dominant line. That’s a winning combination every time.

2. LSU Tigers

They won but it was lackluster.

3. South Carolina Gamecocks

In Connor, we trust.

4.
Georgia Bulldogs

Time for UGa to put up or shut up with the Mizzou game.

5.
Arkansas Razorbacks

24 points to JSU…just saying.

. Missouri Tigers

The New Kids looked good.

7. Tennessee Volunteers

Well, Rocky Top just got less Rocky.

8. Mississippi St. Bulldogs

Did they play?

9.
Florida Gators

Not sure what to say about UF, really….

10. Texas A&M Aggies

Gotta step up in 2012.

11. Auburn Tigers

These tigers let USC and the SEC down.

12. Vanderbilt Commodores

Vandy played tough, but they always do. Must win games.

13. Mississippi Rebels

Long road ahead for the Reb’s.

14. Kentucky Wildcats

Jiker is quickly on the hot seat.
