Last week, we said that South Carolina needed to beat Alabama to keep realistic hopes of making the tournament alive. They did that and then went on the road and lost a very winnable game at Auburn.
Now Carolina comes back home to play Tennessee in another must win game. At 1-3 in conference USC's margin for error is getting vanishingly small. They have to win their home games and find a way to get some wins on the road.
Tennessee isn't going to be easy. In fact none of the remaining games is going to be. The Vols are 11-5 (3-1) and will be very confident coming in. UT has now won 14 in a row in the series dating back to 2007.
