Cool Gamecocks Basketball App from FanKave

The University of Kentucky has their men's basketball team heading to Columbia this weekend and the whole crew from ESPN will be here in Gamecock Nation as the South Carolina squad looks to shock the world. If you're watching the game at home on Saturday and some of your friends can't make it to your house, make sure you have a cool app like FanKave.

In a nutshell, the app lets you follow the game in real-time with play-by-play updates, stats, and a customized Twitter feed. One feature that's really cool is that you can make updates to your Facebook and Twitter pages right from within the app. This way you don't have to toggle between applications or turn to your phone or laptop to make updates. You also don't need other apps or devices to check out scores from around the country – they have that too.

It's available on iPad right now, and it'll be ready for iPhone and Android pretty soon. They also currently have NBA and will have South Carolina football this fall when the season kicks off August 28 versus Texas A&M.

We're also pretty sure that most of you will be filling out your NCAA brackets in a few weeks for March Madness. Following the games with your friends on FanKave is a pretty sweet alternative if you can't be in front of the TV with them. If you're stuck in the office, your boss might think you're actually doing research when he sees you staring at your iPad. If he only knew!

Go download FanKave here (http://bit.ly/1fU3lWh )and make sure to check out the South Carolina/Kentucky "Kave" on Saturday when the game tips at 6 PM local time (3 PM PT).

You will thank us later after you download the FanKave app -> https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/id736584161 . Here is a screen shot:
