The first Harris Poll of the season was released Sunday night and the South Carolina football team is ranked 15th.
The Harris Poll is one of the determining criteria that is used in BCS ratings. The poll voters are made up of former coaches, players and administrators, and former and current media members.
Let’s hope the Gamecocks can climb in this ranking and get to a BCS game.
