New York Post Lists South Carolina as No. 1

The New York Post lists South Carolia as the number one team in college football.

Lenn Robbins pens the list and has USC as the top team in his top five followed by the OU Sooners, Alabama, Arizona State and Florida State.

Let’s hope USC does not let all this preseason hype get to them.  Many media pundits are pointing to the Gamecocks being the real deal in 2011.  Word of advice, concentrate on ECU and take it one game at a time.
