Other quick updates on USC recruiting…

—Former Columbia High standout DB Chris Payne will not re-sign Wednesday with USC.  You may recall, Payne signed with the Gamecocks last February but did not qualify. He enrolled at Fork Union Prep, VA but left there after the holiday break and was not readmitted.  Future as a gamecock remains clouded.

 

—DB Sharrod Golightly (5-11 175) of Decatur, GA made his official visit to USC over the weekend and will take the night to work out a decision between the Gamecocks and Vanderbilt.

 

—Beaufort LB Justin Parker will announce his decision Wednesday at 3:00 PM at his school.  The decision has come down to the Tigers and Gamecocks.
