The South Carolina football got a boost for their Class of 2014 as three-star cornerback Al Harris Jr. (Fort Lauderdale, Fla./St. Thomas Aquinas) committed to the Gamecocks.
Harris is the third defensive back commitment for USC. The 5-foot-11, 160-pound prospect chose the Gamecocks over many other offers such as Florida State, Arkansas, Louisville, Penn State, and Wisconsin. You can see by that list that he is a solid player for the future of the USC secondary. He appears to be a natural DB and smart.
